1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the vivid-ridge.com website and the terms for providing educational and consulting services offered by vivid-ridge.

Using the website and services is equivalent to accepting these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

• Service Provider: vivid-ridge with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Marszałkowska 142, 00-061 Warsaw, Poland
• Website: the website available at vivid-ridge.com
• User: a natural person using the Website
• Client: a natural or legal person using the services offered by the Service Provider
• Services: consultations, workshops, mentoring and analytical programs offered by the Service Provider

3. Types of Services

The Service Provider offers the following types of services:

• Individual morning ritual consultations
• Group mindfulness workshops
• 30-day transformation program
• Mentoring for leaders
• Analysis and optimization of circadian rhythm

4. Principles of Service Provision

Services are provided on the basis of an individual agreement concluded between the Service Provider and the Client.

Expressing interest in a service is done by filling out the contact form on the website.

The Service Provider will contact the Client within 24 business hours of receiving the request.

The agreement is concluded once both parties confirm the scope of the service, the deadline, and the remuneration.

5. Payments

Service prices are expressed in Polish Zloty (PLN) and include VAT (if applicable).

Payment for the service is made by bank transfer to the Service Provider's account, unless the parties agree otherwise.

The payment deadline is set individually for each agreement.

6. Right of Withdrawal

A Client who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of its conclusion, without giving any reason.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the service has been fully performed with the explicit consent of the Client before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

7. Complaints

Complaints regarding services should be reported to: [email protected]

A complaint should include: name and surname, email address, a description of the problem, and the expected method of resolution.

The Service Provider will process complaints within 14 business days from the date of receipt.

The response to the complaint will be sent to the email address provided in the submission.

8. Liability

The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure that the services provided are of high quality.

The services offered by vivid-ridge are educational and supportive in nature, not medical or therapeutic.

Results may vary depending on individual predispositions, commitment, and adherence to recommendations.

The Client is responsible for decisions made based on the advice received.

For health-related matters, the Client should consult a qualified medical specialist.

9. Personal Data Protection

The rules for processing Users' and Clients' personal data are defined in the Privacy Policy and the GDPR Information.

10. Legal Disclaimers

The content published on the Website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, psychological, or legal advice.

The Service Provider is not liable for actions taken by Users based on the information published on the Website.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials published on the Website, including texts, graphics, photos, are protected by copyright and are the property of the Service Provider or third parties who have granted a license.

Copying, distributing, and using materials without the consent of the Service Provider is prohibited.

12. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions.

Changes come into effect on the date indicated by the Service Provider, no shorter than 7 days from the date of publication of the amended Terms and Conditions.

Users and Clients will be informed about changes via email or a notice on the Website.

13. Final Provisions

For matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

Any disputes will be resolved by the court competent for the Service Provider's registered office.
